We are happy to have now concluded all the impressive stats and lovely memories for the 2019 Forum in our evaluation report.

Within not too long, our new name and ID will be officially launched.

Annette Brejner to serve as member of the International Jury of PiXII Festival, during Sunny Side of the Doc

PiXii Festival : For the first time, a call for installation were launched and the selected narrative experiences will compete for the PiXii Award 2019, an amount of 5000€ awarded by an International Jury, to celebrate the creation of original forms of storytelling for digital mediation, focusing on the user’s experience and knowledge transfer. The selected projects interactive or immersive component leverages several digital technologies such as VR, AR, Artificial Intelligence, 3D imaging, mapping...

For 30 years now, SUNNY SIDE OF THE DOC has been growing as a major actor of the international documentary and specialized factual content market across all platforms.
Created in 2017, PiXii – Paths of interaction eXperiences in immersion & innovation – has offered to both professionals and general public, a paths of installations of innovative narrative experiences promoting cultural, artistic, scientific or educational mediations.
This year, PiXii affirms its maturity and is organised around 3 areas :
PiXii Festival / PiXii Market, / PiXii Kickstarter

You can meet Creative Director, Annette Brejner and Project Manager Lennart Ström during New Images, Paris June 18-20th and at Sunny Side of the Doc & PiXII in La Rochelle June 24th-27th.


3rd KiDS Regio Forum

More than 80 experts from all over Europe will meet in Weimar/Germany from 27 to 28 June for the conference entitled "Connecting the Dots - Towards a vital European children's film culture".

The future of European children's film will be discussed on June 27 and 28, 2019 at the 3rd KIDS Regio Forum in Weimar. Similar to the last two conferences in 2009 and 2014, players from the film industry as well as political and cultural decision makers will meet to discuss the status quo and future vision of the European children's film.


Session Producer Pia Jönsson will join the 3rd KiDS Regio Forum.

The call for projects for the 3rd edition of Warsaw Kids Film Forum, an international co-production forum aimed at children’s market, is open till 31st of May.

We’re looking for your project if:
☑️ it is Polish or European
☑️ it’s in development or at an early production stage.
☑️ it already has a producer and a script writer (director is not compulsory).
☑️ it is a feature or TV series: animated, documentary, live-action, transmedia
